5 – Payment

Our secure online payment system is managed by PayPal and payments can be made using all major credit cards and is fully encrypted to ensure our customers’ card details are safe.
Even though our online ordering system is very secure, we understand that some customers may prefer not to order online so if you prefer you can send us a cheque in the post with your order details. Your order will be despatch upon your cheque clearing at the bank.

6 – Customers right to cancel

Customers have the right to cancel orders placed within 24 hours. Customers must email Blue Apple Jewellery ([email protected]) within 24 hours to advise of cancellation. A full refund will be provided.

7 – Returns

We accept the return of all damaged or faulty items only if they are returned and in their original packaging and condition within 7 days of receipt (it must be within our possession within 7 days of receipt). Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You will be liable for the cost of the postage to return the goods; this does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds or exchanges will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. Goods must be returned by a recorded service to ensure that they are received. If you chose not send the item by recorded delivery we cannot guarantee they will be received.

Returns outside this timescale will be returned back to you or issued with a credit note.

For health and safety reasons no returns are accepted for any pierced products or pierced products that are part of a set.

Refunds can take up to 28 days to process.
